Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 May 2026

WebPro Marketing ("we", "us") provides a B2B marketing automation platform (web and mobile companion). This policy describes how we handle personal information for users of our services in Australia and other regions where you access the product.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, password hash (managed by Supabase Auth), name where provided, and OAuth identifiers if you sign in with Google or Apple.
  • Business profile: company name, ABN, address, phone, website, and similar fields you enter for quotes and outreach.
  • CRM and campaign data: leads, conversations, quotes, email/SMS campaigns, CSV imports, and content you upload (including attachments you choose to send).
  • Technical data: device type, app version, API usage logs, and (if enabled) push notification tokens. We may log IP addresses and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
  • Third-party integrations: API keys and configuration you store for email (SMTP/Brevo), SMS (Twilio), AI (Anthropic Claude), lead discovery (Apify, Outscraper), payments (Stripe), and other connectors you enable.

2. How we use data

We use the information above to provide, secure, and improve the service; authenticate users; run automation and AI-assisted workflows you configure; enforce plan limits; process payments; comply with law; and communicate service-related notices.

3. Sharing with processors

We use reputable subprocessors, including where applicable:

  • Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
  • Stripe (subscriptions and billing)
  • Twilio (SMS)
  • Brevo and/or your SMTP provider (transactional and marketing email)
  • Apify and Outscraper (lead discovery, when you use those features)
  • Anthropic (Claude) for AI-generated content you request
  • Infrastructure providers such as Vercel for hosting

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained longer.

5. International transfers

Our subprocessors may process data in Australia, the United States, the European Union, and other regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) and vendor agreements.

6. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account from the mobile app (Settings) or request deletion via support. Deleting your account removes your login and associated profile data subject to legal retention exceptions.

7. Marketing and consent

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your contacts before sending marketing email or SMS through the platform, and for complying with applicable laws (for example the Australian Spam Act 2003, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where relevant).

8. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the support email shown in the app or on your deployed instance's support page.
