Last updated: 3 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebPro Marketing software and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WebPro Marketing is a B2B tool for lead management, outreach, quotes, and related workflows. Features may change; we may add or retire functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You may delete your account from the mobile app or by contacting support, subject to completion of outstanding payment disputes where applicable.

3. Acceptable use

  • You will not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive activity.
  • You will obtain appropriate consent before sending commercial electronic messages and comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and other applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you import (including leads from third-party sources) and for your use of AI-generated content.
  • You will not attempt to bypass security, quotas, or billing controls.

4. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with Stripe, email/SMS providers, AI providers, and data vendors. Those services have their own terms; you are responsible for your accounts and compliance when you connect them.

5. Fees

Paid plans, taxes, and renewals are described at checkout (web) or in your order documentation. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from use of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you have not paid fees. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply.
